Dynamic Network Analysis

Networks are a pervasive part of our lives. Who talks to whom? What do they talk about How are the ideas and beliefs linked? Who is doing what? What information and resources are needed to do that? How can interaction with others influence your ability to get things done? All of these are part of the network approach.
This course covers the basics of dynamic network analytics. We look at the social, knowledge and activity networks. We consider what are networks? How can the data be collected? What are the core metrics?
And, how can networks be used as part of an agent-based simulation system. As part of this study trends in network analysis and key tools are described.
